LOCAL BRIGADES
Every quarter, we bring together brigaders and e-board from all nine different brigades to do a volunteer event locally giving us a chance to bond and empower our own community.

FUNDRAISE
Our chapter fundraises nearly half a million dollars a year which covers logistics, living, and traveling expenses for our brigaders as well as provides donations to the community banks in the communities we work in. Fundraising is all done by our club members. This is your chance to get creative, help plan events, practice marketing, and support our brigaders!

BUILD COMMUNITY
In addition to growing the Global Brigades movement and empowering our local community, we believe that it is equally important to build up our DePaul community. GB at DePaul hosts a quarterly social event giving all of our brigaders from all different brigades a chance to meet and socialize with one another, creating a network of empowered DePaulians encouraging and supporting one another.

ABROAD
Join GLOBAL BRIGADES
Global Brigades are one to twe week long service trips abroad. Students can choose one of the nine different brigade areas to join going to either Honduras, Panamá, Nicaragua, or Ghana. During the week, brigaders will do sustainable development projects in rural communities related to their type of brigade.

Earn CLASS CREDIT
Students who chose to go on brigades that are at least ten days, or two different brigades, can earn class credit for their service! The class will give students a chance to reflect on their service and analyze the work that they contributed to on their trip. This class fulfills the Junior Year Experiencial Learning credit for DePaul Students.
